Do Penis Enlargement Exercises Work?

Penis enlargement exercises are an effective, natural way to increase the size of the penis without the need for pills, creams, or surgery. Though the results can vary from person to person, many men report increases of up to two inches in both length and girth.

The exercises you can do to increase your penis size are generally divided into two categories – stretching exercises and jelqing. Stretching exercises involve manually stretching the penis along its length, while Jelqing involves jelqing the penis (essentially milking it) along its length in a semi-erect state.

When starting any type of exercise program, it’s important to begin slowly. Start with 10 minutes of stretching exercises a day and work up to 20 minutes by adding 5 minutes every 2 or 3 days. With stretching exercises, you should start with a small to medium grip and increase the pressure as your penis grows in length and size.

Jelqing is done in a semi-erect state and only with lubricant to reduce friction. You should start off with about 30 strokes for the first two weeks and then increase it to 50 strokes per day. Make sure to apply a light to medium pressure, and stop if the penis shaft feels sore. It’s important to always perform jelqing with a semi-erect penis, not a full erect one.

In addition to the exercises discussed above, there are other exercises designed to help increase penis size and maintain better overall penis health. The combination of stretching and jelqing will increase circulation to the penis, which helps with size and health.

Though penis enlargement exercises are an effective way to increase penis size, they should be done with caution. Be sure to stretch and jelq in a consistent, steady manner and never rush into things. If you experience any pain or discomfort during the exercises, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
